Responsibilities and duties:
職務之責任及義務：
Lead all the technical and supply chain aspects in the development phase and work with other internal teams to ensure that projects can be delivered with robust engineering solutions with the lowest cost.
領導開發階段的所有太陽能相關技術和材料供應鏈之相關面向，並能與公司內部其他部門團隊有良好之溝通合作，以確保專案能以強大的工程專業順利在最低的成本之情況完工。
Deliver technical support to the Business development team to deliver solutions to reduce the cost of energy, consistent with safety by design.
向業務開發部門提供技術支援，並能提供於降低成本的解決方案之情況下仍可維持系統安全之設計。
Supervise technical studies made by consultants and review designs engineering documents from contractors.
監督技術顧問公司提供之研究報告並且審核發包廠商所提供之所有工程設計相關文件。
Oversee procurement documentation and lead technical evaluations.
監督採購產品之相關文件並且領導技術評估。
Manage and control any budget and costs.
管理並掌控所有之預算及成本。
Support the Business development team for the development of Taiwan solar market.
支援業務開發部門開發台灣太陽能市場。
Identify technical and economic risks of projects and participate to risk management plans.
確認專案於技術及財務上之風險並參與風險管理計劃。
Act as a safety leader and role model for the project by demonstrating a strong safety culture and values in all aspects of the role.
通過在各個方面示範展示堅強的安全地文化和價值觀，作為專案之安全領導者和榜樣。

Electrical engineer registered in Taiwan
台灣電器(電機)工程師技師資格
Chinese native level
中文達到母語水準
English business level
英文達到商業水準
3 to 5 years’ experience in similar roles
